Breathe Freely is a trusted mental health and substance abuse agency that supports individuals who are facing challenges with mental health or substance use. We provide caring, professional services that help people move toward stability, healing, and a better quality of life.
Our team is trained to meet each person with respect, understanding, and support. We focus on helping clients build coping skills, make positive choices, and improve their daily lives at their own pace.
Breathe Freely was founded by a mental health professional with many years of experience in the field. Our team continues to receive ongoing training to ensure we provide high-quality care.

Medication Management
Medication services are provided as needed. These services include providing prescriptions, monitoring and patient education.
Psychiatric Evaluations
Our trained and licensed professionals provide an array of assessments and diagnosis to formulate a correct mental health diagnosis.
Individual & Family Therapy
These services focus on the clients presenting problems and an array of different skills will be taught and used to address clients concerns.
Psychiatrics Rehabilitation Program (PRP)

Intensive Outpatient services may consist of any combination of group, individual and/or family counseling.

The outpatient treatment program provides regularly scheduled individual, group and/or family counseling for less than nine hours per week.
Residential Program

Our Mission is to provide comprehensive supported services to impact a person’s choices, skills, day to day living and decision making. We aim to empower people to enhance their life, discover their skills and live a fully functioning life through mental health treatment and supportive services to be able to achieve more.
We provide professional counseling, medication management, facilitate groups and provide supportive through our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP). Our agency services children, adolescents, adults, and families in Baltimore and surrounding counties who are struggling with behavioral and mental health challenges. Our services are tailored to address the unique needs of every individual client we serve.
What We Do
Breathe Freely provides supportive services to children, adolescents, adults and families impacted by emotional and or mental health diagnosis. Our team of professional’s work with each individual to address their presenting needs and assist them to achieve the goals they have desired for themselves. Our focus is on each person to ensure they are treated with the dignity, respect and given the attention and care they require to obtain their goals. The goal of the program is to enhance the person’s quality and longevity of life while providing skills, resources and services based upon the treatment plan. Connecting with other providers will assist to ensure that goals are being attained. Service location varies dependent upon the clients need(s). Some of the locations that services have occurred thus far are in the community, home, job site, and school.
