IOP
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who need structured support while continuing to live at home and manage daily responsibilities such as work, school, or family life.
IOP services are determined through a clinical assessment to ensure each person receives the appropriate level of care. This program is ideal for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient services but do not require residential treatment.
IOP typically meets several days per week and includes structured group sessions, supportive services, and individual support as part of each client’s personalized treatment plan.
Clients participate in group sessions focused on recovery, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Group topics may include relapse prevention, coping skills, managing triggers, emotional regulation, communication skills, and building healthy routines. The goal is to help individuals strengthen their recovery while developing practical skills for daily life.
Services can be attended in person or virtually, depending on the client’s needs and treatment plan, allowing for flexibility and consistency in care.
This program also supports individuals who are involved in court-ordered or legally mandated treatment. When appropriate, we can coordinate with probation, parole, or other referring agencies to help ensure requirements are met and progress is supported.
IOP can also serve as a step-down from residential care or a step-up from outpatient services. It is focused on helping individuals build stability, strengthen support systems, and develop the tools needed for long-term recovery and independence.
