OP
Our Outpatient Program (OP) is designed for individuals who are ready for a lower level of support while continuing to maintain their recovery and stability. This program allows clients to stay connected to care while fully engaging in work, school, family life, and community responsibilities.
OP is typically a step-down from Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and is appropriate for individuals who have made progress in their recovery but still benefit from ongoing support and guidance.
Services are based on a clinical assessment and individualized treatment plan to ensure each person continues to receive the level of care that best meets their needs.
Clients participate in scheduled outpatient sessions focused on maintaining recovery, preventing relapse, and strengthening life skills. Topics may include coping strategies, emotional wellness, stress management, healthy decision-making, and continued personal growth.
Services are flexible and may be offered in person or virtually, depending on the client’s needs and treatment plan.
The goal of OP is to support long-term recovery by helping individuals maintain stability, strengthen independence, and continue building a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
